Sanitors who will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing processing and packaging equipment that produces the products you already know and love. As a Sanitor, your work hours can vary and usually involve working nights and weekends when others are not using the machinery.
As a Sanitor, you can expect to work on your feet the entirety of your shift near heavy machinery in a loud manufacturing environment. We wear productive gear (think of a HAZMAT suit) and we squeeze, crawl, and climb wherever we need to go to make sure a job is done safely and correctly.
Some of your duties & responsibilities may include:
Clean the equipment and lines used for manufacturing products
Wipe down metal conveyors and components of the machine itself
Work with strong, corrosive chemicals, hot water, and cleaning agents
Maintain and clean all buildings, which may include some outside landscaping
